In-person classes are currently offered in Florida and Illinois.

Online tutorials support practitioners during the therapeutic spaces between in-person classes.

What is Reiki

Reiki healing is a form of energy therapy that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Originating in Japan, this practice involves practitioners channeling universal life energy through their hands to a recipient. The primary benefit of Reiki healing is stress reduction and relaxation, which helps the body’s

natural healing processes. By balancing the body's energy, Reiki can alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall mood. Reiki is non-invasive and can complement other medical or therapeutic techniques. It’s beneficial for managing chronic conditions, boosting the immune system, and improving sleep quality.

Practitioners believe Reiki removes energy blockages, which can cause physical or emotional issues, allowing for improved energy flow and balance.
